At Sands we have a variety of modern style rooms equipped wth everything you need for a great family holiday in Cornwall. Spacious comfy rooms allow the children to play whilst you are getting ready for the day.

Most are suites with 2 sleeping areas, but we also have some doubles, triples and single rooms. Our family suites give your children their own area, TV, DVD and also have a fridge, kettle and baby listening.

From most of the rooms you will enjoy stunning views across the Atlantic Ocean or the country side. We will always give you the room with the best view available at the time of booking.

Our room types:

Standard Rooms: Children's beds are in the same room.
Comfort Suites: Chidren have a separate sleeping area.
Contemporary Suites: Separate sleeping area for children plus extra facilities.*
Apartements: 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small lounge plus extra facilities.*

* Contemporay Suites and some Apartements come with free wired broadband, 2 DVD players, 2 TVS, PS2, Iron & Ironboard and higher level furniture like desk space, sofa or chaise lounge. The Apartements are also equipped with a microwave.

Standard Family Room - Type M

This room can be used as a double or family room with disabled access and bathroom or as a standard family room where you want to keep the price as low as possible and don't mind sharing the sleeping space with your children.

3-Bedroom Apartment Suite (min 7 persons) - Type C

A really big family suite for large families, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a small lounge gives plenty of space to spread out. It is on the ground floor so no stairs which is handy if you have a lot of young ones, but that does mean you only get a lawn view.

Type King Size Double bedroom, Triple bedroom and Bunk bedroom. Small lounge and 2 bathrooms.

Contemporary Suites (up to 2 adults and 3 children plus baby) - Type A

Ideal for holidays for large families, these two room suites have a door between sleeping areas. The King Size Double bedroom has a sitting area. The separate children's sleeping area has either bunks plus a single and a cot, or twin beds and a cot.  The bathroom has a shower over the bath plus an extra sink in the coridoor.

You enter the suite through the children's room and then go through a door to the adults sleeping area. There is a TV and a Playstation 2 in the adult room and a DVD player in childrens room. Free wired broadband access. Available as ground floor suites or on the first or second floor with amazing sea views.

Our apartment suites are great for parents with older children who need their own bathroom or for light sleeping children. There is a door to the Bunk room which leads to a small single room with separate door. The bathroom
comes with bath and shower. The rooms also have two TVs, a playstation and free wi-fi access.
