fit CLUB is the new fitness studio at The Sands Resort Hotel, providing a fresh and comfortable studio environment for members and residents.  Boasting state of the art cardio and resistance machines, there is something to cater for all general fitness requirements.  Members can also make use of our indoor pool, enjoy a 10% discount on Spa treatment and on food and drink purchased in our restaurant.
